What they are

Heat exchange units are devices that allow the exchange of thermal energy between two fluids, which have different temperatures. In the industrial sector, these heat regulation machines can be used for sterilising processes, which prevent the formation and proliferation of micro-organisms, and also for pasteurisation processes, which are thermal treatments carried out on certain foods, in order to reduce health risks with the elimination of heat-sensitive pathogens (bacteria, fungi and yeasts), guaranteeing minimal alteration of the organoleptic, physical and chemical characteristics of the food product.
