Biogas and biomass LEV systems
What biomass means
The term "biomass" is used to indicate a series of materials of biological origin (generally waste produced by agricultural activities), which can be used to create
electricity or thermal power, as well as fuels.
As a rule, biomasses include: waste material from food industries, firewood, seaweed, agricultural and forestry residues (branches),
wastewater from breeding farms, plants specifically grown to create energy and urban organic waste.
